Abstract:
The purpose of this work is to improve the methodology of geodetic works within the framework of the technical survey of buildings damaged as a result of hostilities, with the involvement of a complex of BIM technology tools in the digitization of geodetic measurements. Method. Issues regarding the use of interactive geodetic control of buildings damaged as a result of hostilities, with the use of BIM modeling as part of the technical survey of buildings and structures, were considered. The huge number of destroyed buildings on the territory of Ukraine leads to an increase in the potential of technical inspection, an increase in the labor intensity of works, and a shortening of the terms for issuing technical reports. Accordingly, the question arises of adjusting the existing methods of geodetic control taking into account the modern complex situation. Technologies of using modern geodetic methods, which allow collecting large arrays of data with high accuracy and efficiency, are considered. These methods are based on Autodesk software products (Revit, Autodesk Point Layout, Navisworks, VERITY). Monitoring is carried out by comparing the digital model with the cloud of points obtained after scanning the damaged structure. The results. The use of VIM geodesy in the monitoring of damaged objects increases the efficiency of technical inspection works several times, maximally excludes the human factor in complex calculations and improves the quality of the decisions made. Scientific novelty and practical significance ВIM-geodesy technology has a significant potential for creating 3D models of buildings and structures in the process of technical survey. A technical expert no longer needs to draw a frame, fence, coating, landscape, etc. from dwg files. The VIM information model already contains all the necessary information, which can be exported to the desired data format and transferred to all performers and users at all stages of the object’s life cycle. After determining all the estimated volumes, depending on the conclusion of the technical report, the employees of the relevant department develop the construction organization project (POB) and the geodetic work execution project (PVGR). The BIM program automatically compiles a calendar schedule for the execution of all works. Logistics data is entered into the VIM model, which determines the amount, types of materials and equipment that must be delivered to the construction site, and in what time. A significant saving of human resources when using modern high-tech geodetic technologies certainly allows us to talk about the prospects and, accordingly, the future development of VIM technology in solving construction tasks.
